Vogue Talent Roster was founded in 2013 by Katarina Voss, a former international model who saw a gap in the Dubai market for an agency that truly championed its talent. Starting from a small studio in Mitte, Katarina built VTR Models on a foundation of integrity, creativity, and relentless ambition.

Today, we represent over 500 models, actors, influencers, and creatives across six divisions. Our Dubai headquarters serves as the hub for a network that spans 15 countries and partnerships with over 200 brands worldwide.
